PlanificaRD uses the collected data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain the App’s functionality.
To allow secure account access and data synchronization.
To provide AI-driven educational planning and personalized assessments.
To process payments and manage in-app subscriptions.
To provide customer care and technical support.
3. Service Providers and Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
To provide our service, we utilize trusted infrastructure providers who act as sub-processors:
Firebase (Google): For secure authentication, database management (Firestore), and cloud functions.
Google Play Billing: For secure processing of in-app subscriptions.
Google Gemini AI: To generate educational plans and content based on your inputs. Data sent to the AI is strictly limited to the context required to fulfill your request.
4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. We implement industry-standard security measures provided by Google Cloud infrastructure, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and password hashing. Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Service is intended for educators and does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
